[CQ-Contest] IARU HF line scores in QST, Mistakes

Hi Folks,

LU4AA  is listed under Argentina, but it is RCA our LU HQ (We copy them from
OJ1C, but they didn't copy us    : -(

L20E, LU7JA and LT5F are listed in zone 13 instead 14

LU1VEW is in zone 16 not in zone 14 as listed.
