[CQ-Contest] serious question clarification

Since deleting the completed contact by the run station because of a computer 
glitch is a random act, it should affect all stations by the same percentage 
through random ocurrance.  Although deleting the QSO is not an optimum 
solution, it beats leaving it in.  Yes, the station that worked you may get 
penalized, and that's unfortunate and not really fair because he is really 
due his two points because HE did have a completed two way.  However, if the 
computer glitch station leaves a half-completed  and a half"estimated guess" 
fill because some of the original info was lost, then HE is breaking the 
rules because he KNOWS the info is not solid.
The QSO should be deleted.
