[CQ-Contest] YR0HW in upcoming IARU Contest

This is to announce that the National Team of Romania will use this year the
call sign YR0HW instead of the customary -HQ call sign, to honor the memory
of Radu, YO4HW, SK. Radu, a well known ham, has been for many years the
leader of our national team.

QSL via bureau. A special QSL will be printed for the occasion.

The Romanian Radio Amateur Federation (FRR) whishes best of luck to all
competitors. See you all in the contest!!
