[CQ-Contest] Ohio QSO Party - One Month & Counting

It's exactly one month until the 2003 Ohio QSO Party.  In Florida-speak, 
that's 31 days.  Put it on your calendar now and be there next month.  

The OQP runs from 1600z Saturday, August 23, to 0400z August 24.  That's noon 
to midnight Saturday, EDT. 

Full details, including rules, planned operations, past scores, records, 
software, operating aids, awards, etc., are available at the OQP website,

e-mail reflector.
 
2003 is Ohio's Bicentennial, celebrating 200 years of statehood.  We hope 
you'll join us in celebrating on August 23, whether from Ohio or elsewhere, in 
one of the best state QSO parties.
