Another option:

Put the list of calls you have to send cards to in a table.
Create a report for the labels,
         use the vb code from my site (no need for DLL) to pull the address 
info from the QRZ cd.
         populate the 'unbound' address fields on the report
print first on blank paper to make sure your labels will line up.
