The biggest difference is that the SO2R guys are doing all the tuning,
mult hunting, etc themselves (if not using packet).  If you are using
packet, you have ~1000 people doing the hunting and finding
multipliers for you, so you don't have to go looking for them on your
own.  If you combine SO2R and packet--well, that's a whole other

Just one more question about this topic, what do You think 
about using MASTER files during the contest? From my point of
view more then thousand people collect this information for us.......
