I overheard an argument between several stations and S58W on Saturday - Apparently a 5U4 was spotted about 500Hz above S58W, and even though he'd been on the frequency for quite some time (I'm sure he couldn't hear the 5U4, and the 5U4 could not hear him) that stations were asking him to move so they could work the 5U4....
Many stations just started calling the 5U4 and ignoring S58W - it was a madhouse.

The response, "This contest has run on the same weekend for over fifty
years. I've been on this frequency for two hours. I think you need to find a
better frequency!"
