In addition to a list of upcoming contests, each issue of the bi-weekly e-mail publication includes log deadline information and notices, bulletins and press releases from the world of contesting, links to results, technical and technique advice, and conversational commentary aimed at the contester. Silver said the while most readers use the contest data sections, the technique and commentary sections of the newsletter generate the most reader response. He added that he's always looking for comments and submissions for the Rate Sheet.
