Conversely:

1. Life is too short for QRP
2. If you use QRP, you become accustomed to disappointment
3. "/QRP" is not a legal portable designator and will never appear in my log 
or on a QSL card from my station.
4. Yelling or sending only "QRP" in a pileup will not get my attention over a 
well timed call from anyone

All that said, isn't it a wonderful hobby in which we can each select our 
preferences and rejoice in the passions of others!
