Have to agree with Tom on most of his points, but it does seem we
could cut a little slack for a person asking for a QSL.

After all, QRP is just a niche among thousands of others in this
hobby.

As for legality, I know of no rule which prohibits anyone from adding
anything he damn well pleases after the /.
