I can send in any log I have, any time I want.
Just because I send in a log today doesn't mean it's from this weekends SS
contest. I still haven't sent in one from CQWW.  That's why the DBL blind is
good.

What if your computer could check all 10,000 QSOs in your log in 10 seconds
and report to you the, say, 100 that are NIL in LOTW?
