[CQ-Contest] Logbook of the World as substitute for bureau QSLing

Hi Pete -
I'm a card collector. LOTW should ease the burden of gathering awards, but
in my mind has no bearing on QSL cards. If I send a bureau card, I actually
do expect a return. Works that way less and less tho.
