If CW proficiency testing totally dissappears like it appears will be the
case, I think we should replace it with a LoTW exam. Hey, wht not?

I keep telling my kids I'm a genius. None of them believe me including me. I
uploaded over 30,000 q's and it went smooth. It's fun checking every few
days to see what new confirmations have posted.
