I think K3FT, in the subject line of his message, meant KE3Q, not N3OC.  Apologies to N3OC.  N3OC, Brian McGuinness, was in K3FT's mind, no doubt, because N3OC has just moved to a new QTH and put up a nice two-tower station, just added the second 2-el 40 with N3RR's help yesterday (Sunday), and I think K3FT and a couple others have guest opped there in the last few weekends.  73 - Rich, KE3Q
