[CQ-Contest] What callsign to use in CQ WW CW 2003?

Hmmm....
What about people who would not participate in the contest but just have fun
to gave out points.
If I log NP3D in dx4win came up as Porto Rico and qsl via W3NHK.
How it is possible to get NP3D in USA ?
Are you the late NP3D who was active from KP4 ..please explain ?
