[CQ-Contest] What callsign to use in CQ WW CW 2003?

Hi:

I just checked the rules again, and I don't see that one for this contest.
Where in the rules for the CQWW (2003) does it require you to
sign a callsign that indicates your DXCC country?  I checked

Maybe I missed it.  The print is pretty fine... :-)
