[CQ-Contest] Single band Rules?

Hi Tom
You can make as many Qs as you like on all the bands.  When you submit your
log make sure the cabrillo header is correct eg single op 80m etc (see the
rules for further clarification)
Submit you entire log to ensure all the people who worked you get the QSO
points!  Hope to see you during the contest as MM0BQI single band 80m (if
the wind dies down and the antenna stays up) and MM0Q all band. Both low
power and dipoles
