[CQ-Contest] low output on IC756Pro II

I had that problem this weekend on 160, but it turned out I had RF on the
beverages feeding into the receive antenna port because I had a switch the
wrong way on the ICE beverage switchbox... (Of course, I did not discover
what it was until after I tore the station down!)
