[CQ-Contest] SO2R Boxes

After trying 4 different WX0B boxes over many months, I gave up on ever
getting one to actually work as did several others here. I bought the Top
Ten after getting a refund from Jay after my fourth failure,(he is an
honorable fellow). The boxes had major and numerous issues, obviously why
they were discontinued. I know of several prominent ops here now using the
Top Ten box and it is terrific, works exactly as described. I know that N4ZZ
had two or three powder blue wonders and I think he gave up and now is using
Top Ten and my friend K4RO is a believer in the Top Ten products and was the
one who suggested I try one. I know a bunch of others who use Daves box and
it seems that they work really well for everyone I have spoken to, plus his
dedication to customer satisfaction is top notch. If I had to buy one today,
I would buy Top Ten again with no hesitation, FWIW, 73, Tommy

If you can use WriteLog, I strongly recommend the
MK-1100 keyer that goes with it for SO2R control.
Fully automated mic, PTT, keyer and headphone switching,
with support for Latch Headphones. Available assembled.

If that doesn't work, doesn't Top Ten make something?

GL es 73,

See you all in the California QSO Party,
October 4-5!

Kelly,

SO2R Master is replaced by SCKII by ZS4TX. It does all the same stuff plus
much more. The most valuable thing for me is that is inlcludes Voice Keyer
that is perfectly compatible with TR and the voice messages can be operated
as CW messages from the keyboard!

I have the unit already but have not wired it up yet. No more messing with
this SBDVP and sound card stuff that never started to work for me!!

Check Jay's page for SCKII info, you'll get hooked, I promise:)
