[CQ-Contest] apology

I would like to hereby apologize to Paul EI5DI for my intemperate and unfair
comments in my previous posting here.

Subsequent personal exchanges with Paul have convinced me that his
intentions, if not his methodology, are at least sound.

Getting rules changed is almost always a hopeless proposition and  sometimes
our frustrations  are revealed.

Please accept my apology, Paul.
