The only real change to off times in ARRL contests is that the 10m contest now requires a minimum of 30 minutes for off times - it didn't used to be specified and some people took advantage of it to use 5 or 10 min off times...   Since off times are usually not entered into your logging program or required in the Cabrillo format, there shouldn't be any software change.   Just watch the time operated and make sure to use 30 minute breaks when there is an off time required.

It'll also apply to the RTTY Roundup where the old rule said two off times totally six hours, but requiring them to be at least 30 min long isn't going to change much.
