[CQ-Contest] LOTW problems

I received the post card and entered that password. That worked fine. I
received an email for the LoTW certificate. That worked fine.
I am trying to request additional certificates for the following calls,
N2TK/NP2, V29K, and V26AK.
I double click the TQSLCert icon. When the "QSL Certificates" window opens,
I selects "file", "new certificate request". I get the "generate certificate
request" screen. I do "next", type in the call sign, "N2TK/NP2", select "US
Virgin Islands", leave the dates windows the same, then select 'next". All
the address info is correct - I assume my home address info is what is
supposed to be in this field. I hit "next". Email address. n2tk at arrl.org is
correct. I hit "next". I select a password and retype it, then hit "next". I
select "signed", then click on  "N2TK", then hit "finish". I save the
N2TK_NP2.tq5 file to my ARRL folder in my Documents Folder. I hit "save".
Then I get a screen asking for the password to unlock the private key. No
matter what I enter, it doesn't accept it. I tried the password on the
postcard, the password on the LoTW email certificate, and my personal
password. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
