[CQ-Contest] All 58 CA Counties Active in CQP on Oct. 4-5

Hello Contesters,

Here's some great news about the California QSO Party coming up this 
weekend (16Z October 4 until 22Z October 5):

As of 28 September 2003, all 58 California counties are officially 
confirmed to be QRV for CQP.  A big thank you goes out to Bob, N6TV for 
making sure this happens every year.

Keep checking this list, as it continues to grow every day!  This is not 
to mention all of the casual California operators who will also be on 
the air in CQP.  All of this activity adds up to a lot of fun for everyone!

the top CA mobile award.  We encourage you to track them and all the 
other mobiles in CQP.
