[CQ-Contest] Spotters and Those Who Spot Them: A Novel Solution

With all the discussion of how do we stop the twin evils of those who spot
themselves, and those who use others to spot a station, combined with the
inability of organizers to effectively deal with this situation (not their
fault), I offer a novel solution.
First, we ask K1TTT, et al, to compile a regular list of these individuals,
who in other times would be deserving of a maiming with a Wouff Houng.
We then ask the software writers (Dave, Tree, Ken, et al) were to modify
their programs to allow a "spotter list". Just as the cty file is updated
every season, as warranted, we can update this one after every major contest
pair (ARRL, CQDX, WPX, NAQP, WAE, etc).
Then, when one of these
previously-identified-as-not-fit-socially-for-this-hobby individuals calls
one of us, the program automatically sends "QSO B4" and prevents you from
working that station. If you're running, entering one of those calls causes
the screen to flash, and sends "no copy" back to the miscreant or miscreants
with this past history.
The concept of having contest sponsors identify and penalize these
individuals, especially in today's litigious society, is probably
unworkable. It is up to us, the contesting community, to find creative ways
to ostracize these people until such point as they learn to exhibit better
judgement.
Then I can go back to finding someone who'll help me with my antennas....
