Thats correct, I operated 40 meters from the W7RM "Bluff Qth" and the set up 
at the time was a KWM-2 Transceiver and an additional Collins S-line receiver. 
The main antenna was up on the bluff and additional antennas were over the 
bluff. While listening on the "over the bluff" antenna you could hardly hear 
yourself much less downtown Seattle.

Its a very strange experience being weaker than the JA's in your own pileup.
