Hello David,

I have the rules in English on my contest site at:
http://www.sk3bg.se/contest/cqmidxc.htm

However, they are from 2002, but I've found the rules from 2003
in English at:
http://srr.ru/previous/cqm/cqm_rul3.txt

It seems all the links I have from 2002 are dead and I haven't been able to
find any information for the 2004 CQ-M. I can't find any links to "Soyuz
Radiolyubitelei Rossii" or "Krenkel Central Radio Club of Russia" who was
the sponsors in 2003.

The rules says: "every year on the 2nd full weekend of May...", but as no
links are OK, one can wonder if the e-mail address for logs is useable
anymore...

I wish someone in Russia could tell us what's going on with this contest.
