We would like to remind EU contesters that EU HF Championship will be held
on Saturday Aug 7th 2004 from 12.00 UTC to 23.59 UTC. Besides time of the
contest some other changes and additions in the rules are implemented, so
please go to http://lea.hamradio.si/~scc and find complete rules and
contest software.
