I did not get a chance to chime in on this one the first time around, but
since it has come up again I'll offer this opinion:

We won't attract many female operators as long as a Hooters side show is
part of our community's Dayton Hamvention activities, and as long as the
CQ-Contest Reflector pops up links to disrespectful photographs of women
(even if rare and if properly denounced).

It takes but little of that kind of puerile behavior to make us pretty
unappealing.
