Thanks to the efforts of Jim Reisert AD1C, I'm moderator of a new
propagation reflector that has been created on
www.contesting.com

The web page to sign up for the new mailing list is at:

There is also an email-based interface for users of the list that can be
accessed at propagation-request at contesting.com

Put the word "subscribe" in the subject line or message body to
