[CQ-Contest] What does this question mean?

Sounds like the "key click" police Bill. I had the very same
thing happen to me, in the same contest a few years ago. I was
running a TS 850 at the time. Now that I have a 1000 MP, I think
my answer will be "HW 101" if anyone else ask.
