[CQ-Contest] WT4I Tools - Need Contact Info

I'm trying to get a response from somebody affiliated with the WT4I 
Tools software suite.  No response from their support e-mail address. 
 Their website has a 2000 date on it.  The referenced support e-mail 
list does not exist (or so says the robot's return e-mail when I try 
to subscribe).

Can anyone shed any light on this situation?
