This is certainly a step in the right direction, however the decision to
lump Minnesota and  Texas in the same "region" is laughable.  Propagation
has much more to do with being North or South than it does East/West.  Just
ask the guys in Seattle.

Now that I'm done whining, I still think we can improve on this way of
reporting and that it would be a good thing for contesting.
