[CQ-Contest] 4L5A makes the new all time high in the "Rate is king" -list

Al, 4L5A worked 275 qsos in an hour during CQWWCW2004 as D4B and broke the 
unofficial CW rate record of VE3DZ (VE2IM). On SSB N5TJ beat his own record 
at VP2E with the rate of 480.
