[CQ-Contest] Compilation of Power Limits?

Does anyone know of a source of information about
the power limits imposed by the various Amateur 
Radio licensing authorities in the countries of 
the World? For example, the power limit on 
Curacao (PJ2) is 1KW input.

I'm particularly interested in the countries 
of the Caribbean and surrounding Central and
South America.

Failing a compilation, authoritative power limit
citations for individual islands/countries would
be appreciated!
