[CQ-Contest] Destroyed equipment in France

This is not appropriate.

I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to visit Paris with
my wife and have nothing but respect for the French people. Several times
when we looked lost, people went out of the way to make sure we received
directions in English. Don't kid yourself, what happened to both the radio
equipment and at the airport with the explosives training could happen
anywhere.
