[CQ-Contest] DX signing /QRP in ARRL 10m contest

[Yuri Onipko]

KP4KE/QRP was one of the strongest stations on the band throughout the whole
weekend.
Never heard such consistently strong a  5 watts  station. Sometimes he was
louder than ZF2NT or LT1F.
