I agree with AH3C if someone (M/O or SO2R) leaves his run frequency open for about 30 seconds then its open! I have seen a frequency stay open for over a minute in the CQ 160 contests. The smart op will work the interloping station then indicate he is open for calls. easy! Dave K4JRB
