VE3KZ> When I give 599ON can it be logged as 000 or 001 for credit to the 9A participant?

I only worked RAC ON and NS and wrote them with 9 and 6 respectively for 9A CW log :-)

TBDC exchanges were abbreviated to two square locator figures, Navy QSO party to membership numbers.

Few years ago 9A accepted ARRL 10 m logs and I won EU section!  WAEDC recognizes 000 for plain DX QSO.
