[CQ-Contest] Dealing with eBay

Ebay allows the seller to pick and choose which country's Ebay sites 
an item will be listed.  For example, if a CB amp is listed on 
ebay.de in Germany and the seller doesn't check the box for US, it 
won't appear in ebay.com's listings.
