As I have received a couple of questions concerning this I will
update everyone at once.

After a few tries [ ok maybe more than a few ] I was able to get
a new password issued after clicking on "Forgot your password?" a few times.

Once you receive your new password you will have to try it a few
times as well - for some reason it won't work the first few times.

Eventually though you should be able to update your address, info,
etc... etc...

Which is what I did :-)
