[CQ-Contest] LOTW question

My ISP (Earthlink) limits email attachments to 2 meg.  I faced this 
same problem and uploaded my large LOTW file directly on the web 
page.  Go to https://www.arrl.org/lotwuser/default
sign in, click on Upload File, and take it from there.
