[CQ-Contest] Order of Boiled OWLs of NY

The year 2004 marks the 50th anniversary of the Order of Boiled OWLs of NY (OBO), a club consisting of DXers and Contesters in the metropolitan NYC area.  In honor of that birthday, the OBO is sponsoring a special award for working five different members of the club.
