[CQ-Contest] HELP - Deadline looms - CQWW CW

I have tried to submit my cabrillo file to CQWWCW several times and it 
keep on bouncing... I have sent a message stating that I am not having 
luck to the linked address on the web page but no response.

Since their bounce message does not clue me as to what the problem is I 
an, like usual, clueless.

Is there something I am missing... I do not want to miss out!!!!
