[CQ-Contest] Super check partial database - last call

Last call for logs to help create a new set of master.dta files for the
Super Check Partial function of various contest logging software.  Looking
for a few more logs to get over the 1,000,000 QSOs contributed mark.

Send Cabrillo logs for 2002 and 2003 contests to me at k5zd at contesting.com.
Will be publishing the file set for the Spring contests on the above web
page before Feb 1 (I hope to have it before CQ 160M Contest).

Especially looking for more logs from outside W/VE!
