[CQ-Contest] Hams to launch ECHO satellite

I think we found what happened to Tom, signal.  They were testing AMSAT's
new satellite and Tom's rock-crushing signal got through the faraday cage.

This from the ARRL Letter:

"I am looking forward to the end of March, when we expect the ECHO launch
to take place," he said. With less than three months until the anticipated
launch, AMSAT-NA still needs to raise more than $60,000 for the launch
campaign."
