To continue the roads analogy, in the 1980s, the Rhinoceros Party proposed
that Canada revert to driving on the left-had side of the road.  They
suggested this should be phased in, the same technique we used to convert to
the metric system from Imperial measures.

Their plan:
1st year: large trucks and buses
2nd year:  vans and cars
3rd year: motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians.

The Rhinos never won a seat in Parliament.

In that spirit, I suggest we establish 14.230MHz as a universal net
frequency during phone contests.
