All the Interstate Highways in AZ and NM allow 75 MPH for all vehicles
including the 18 wheelers, day and night, with the exception of where they
go through the cities and towns.  65 MPH is max for all vehicles on all
other divided highways and wide two lane highways (the main US and State
highways).
