  K4BAI's message reminded me to pass along that the power limit in the
Asia - Pacific Sprint has been increased for stations outside of the AP
region.

* Power limit:
-Stations in Asia-Pacific region - 150W output (No Change)
- Stations outside Asia-Pacific region - legal limit in each country
