[CQ-Contest] Source for ICE 419 Filters

I fully agree. I have same experience.
When I burned 80m coils (probably due to high SWR, 100w output), I sent
an e-mail to ICE asking the price etc of parts. They immediately sent me
a set of coils for free of charge. 
Unbelievable support.
