According to 3830 there are lots of non-Asian scores being submitted in LP category. If I read the rules correctly, only Asian stations compete as both LP and HP entries. Non-Asian stations enter as HP only regardless of power. I'm sure JARL has a reason for that odd rule. What am I missing? George W1EBI
